Understanding our pricing
Our pricing reflects the comprehensive preparation and effort that goes into each performance. A live saxophone performance involves much more than just the time spent playing music; it includes extensive preparation to ensure your event's musical backdrop is perfect.
Factors influencing your quote
Your custom quote is based on the preparation time required for your event. For instance, a one-hour performance typically involves approximately six to eight hours of preparation. This includes practice sessions tailored to your event, meticulous loading and unloading of equipment, thorough setup and sound checks, and travel time to and from your venue. The fee covers all these essential components, ensuring a flawless and memorable musical experience for you and your guests.

When you book VBJAMZ, you receive a dedicated and personalized musical experience. We offer various packages tailored to the duration and nature of your event, whether it's an intimate indoor gathering or a grand outdoor celebration. Every experience is unique, and we strive to cater to your specific needs.
| Performance duration | Basic Fee including Preparation |
|---|---|
| Up to 1 hour of music | $700 - $900 |
| 60 to 90 minutes of music | $1,000 - $1,400 |
| 2 hours of music | $1,800 - $2,000 |
| Continuous music for extended event hours | $2,500 - $3,000 |
For continuous music events, such as conferences or longer celebrations, your total performance time can be divided into mini-sets to perfectly accommodate your schedule. These are our basic fees; additional charges may apply for specific customer requests. We are dedicated to maintaining the perfect mood and ambiance throughout your event, from the moment guests arrive until our final note is played.
